Hairfest Experience is a global barbering and hairstyling event that celebrates creativity, education, and artistry. The website was developed to serve as both an informative hub and a ticket sales platform, giving visitors a seamless way to explore the event, purchase tickets, and stay updated.
Our goal was to create a minimal yet powerful digital presence that reflects the international energy of the festival. The interface focuses on clean structure, fast navigation, and accessibility across all devices. From the first scroll, users can easily access event details, artist lineups, and ticket categories, creating a straightforward and engaging experience.
The Hairfest website integrates a complete ticketing and customer management system built on WooCommerce, supporting digital ticket generation, attendee profiles, and real-time check-in through a custom mobile app.

Strategy
The project strategy focused on merging aesthetics with functionality. The visual direction followed a minimal layout with high contrast and plenty of white space, allowing the event’s content and images to stand out. On the technical side, the system was developed to automate ticket handling and customer data synchronization.
Through QR-based check-in, organizers can validate tickets instantly and monitor attendance in real time. The architecture was designed to be scalable, supporting future events and multiple ticket types without compromising speed or stability.
